This tool is to assist BLFC dealers in filling out the Nevada Department of Taxation One Time Sales Tax Return document provided by the Dealer Den staff.

Three copies of the document must be filled out, one for the state, one for the promoter (BLFC), and one for your own personal records.

The promoter copy SHOULD NOT include your EIN/SSN.

Fill out: Name of Business or Individual, Business Address City, State, Phone No., EIN/SSN (except on the BLFC copy), and ZIP

Do you have an existing Nevada Sales Tax Permit Number?

The convention does not provide this, and a permit is required by state law if you sell in Nevada at two or more events per year.
